Select a customer, choose an available vehicle, define pickup and return dates, validate the payment method, capture the deposit if required, then generate the contract.

A vehicle can be unavailable because it is already reserved, currently rented, blocked by maintenance, transferred between agencies or manually disabled by an administrator.

Pickup can be blocked by missing customer documents, unsigned contract, unpaid invoice, missing deposit, vehicle unavailability or required inspection not completed.

2 Validate workshop entry

Block vehicle availability and attach entry inspection documents.
